What you'll do

• Implement play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
• maintain a positive classroom culture
• observe and assess student development and tailor instruction
• document student progress
• maintain a respectful and safe classroom
• clean and sanitize classroom areas
• guide behavior using positive reinforcement
• communicate daily with families through the Parent Communication app
• collaborate with families, colleagues, and school leadership
• participate in professional development and training.
