What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support medical appointments
• maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and laundry
• engage clients in social activities and community outings
• support choice-making and independence
• use mobility equipment with proper techniques
• document activities, observations, and incidents
• maintain confidentiality
• implement individualized care plans.
