Service Technician II

Job overview

The Service Technician II works onsite in Fishers, Indiana, providing service at customer sites. Compensation is $17–$32 per hour. The role supports Securitas Technology’s security systems and services, which protect customers’ people, customers, and assets. The technician responds to system issues, performs preventive maintenance and configuration changes, documents modifications, and tests and installs upgrades. This work helps maintain security-system availability and performance for customers.

What you'll do

• Respond to trouble tickets
• diagnose and resolve application issues individually and as part of a team
• perform preventive maintenance and identify system faults
• make routine configuration changes
• document modifications in a digital change-control system
• produce technical documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
• test upgrades and major modifications before deployment
• install software upgrades and major modifications onsite.
