Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to prospective and current residents
• conduct community tours and lease apartments
• support lease renewals
• assist with marketing, social media, open houses, and community events
• prepare leasing documents in compliance with policies
• maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and offerings
• collect deposits, rent, and other funds
• coordinate with management and maintenance
• follow Fair Housing standards
• inspect tour routes, models, and vacant apartments.
