What you'll do

• Scope and review Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments with qualified firms
• assess contamination, legacy liabilities, and ecological risks
• review air, water, waste, and hazardous materials permits
• evaluate EHS programs, safety records, incidents, and enforcement actions
• assess ESG and sustainability exposure
• estimate remediation and compliance costs and recommend indemnities or price adjustments
• lead post-close EHS integration and improvement planning.
