Technical Operations Specialist — IT and Surveillance

What you'll do

• Support technical surveillance during JMAS exercises
• oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and accountability of specialized equipment
• train personnel in equipment use and procedures
• lead and coordinate a surveillance team
• provide IT support for field exercises
• install and test audiovisual equipment
• maintain laptops, printers, and audiovisual systems
• troubleshoot technical issues
• support student computer accounts and token issuance
• serve as alternate JMAS liaison to ADI and DIA for IT issues
• manage equipment disposal in compliance with regulations.
