What you'll do

• Design and implement automated litigation support solutions using tools such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap
• maintain storage, compute, and network infrastructure across on-premises and AWS platforms
• manage external access and identity controls
• perform backups, restores, updates, tuning, and monitoring
• maintain system diagrams and user and administrator documentation
• provide weekly system health and project reports
• support ALS applications and infrastructure with IT leadership.
