Infant Toddler Teacher

The Infant Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Holden, UT, with pay of $14.92–$19.93 per hour. Centro de la Familia supports children and families through early learning and development programs. The teacher creates a nurturing classroom and plans developmentally appropriate activities that support toddlers’ physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language growth. The role also promotes inclusion, partners with families, and works with teachers to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.

What you'll do

• Create a classroom environment for learning and play
• plan daily activities supporting child development
• adapt activities for children with special requirements
• build family relationships through home visits and parent-teacher conferences
• supervise children and follow safety, health, sanitation, and CACFP requirements
• support children with IFSPs and IEPs
• encourage dual-language learning
• assist with caregiving tasks.

Why this role

Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate credential required, with possible exception for candidates who commit to earning it within six months. CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler permit required within one month of hire. Spanish/English bilingual ability preferred.
