Associate Manager, Quality Management

The Associate Manager, Quality Management works onsite in Hauppauge, NY. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. Narda-MITEQ designs and manufactures microwave components, subsystems, and integrated assemblies for military and commercial applications. The manager leads the site quality organization and establishes systems, metrics, and improvement initiatives to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards. The role supports product integrity, supplier and customer quality, continuous improvement, and the division’s strategic objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage AS9100 quality management system certification
• lead and develop quality engineers and inspection leadership
• establish quality metrics and procedures
• improve performance and reduce cost of poor quality
• oversee customer and supplier audits
• manage customer scorecards and warranty returns
• coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineering, and supply chain
• manage the quality organization’s budget.
