What you'll do

• Assist with inspections of homes at different construction phases
• help schedule subcontractors and monitor work completion and materials
• communicate work-quality and progress issues to construction management
• perform minor repairs and installations
• assist with customer-service issues
• lock and unlock homes
• meet inspectors
• conduct homeowner walk-throughs
• read blueprints
• help maintain clean and safe sites
• use Build Pro and Microsoft Office tools.
