What you'll do

• Assist with daily banking and clean, timely audits
• prepare consolidated internal reporting schedules
• maintain customer credit information and monitor receivables
• manage monthly physical inventory processes
• investigate manufacturing variances and maintain bills of materials and inventory transactions
• improve accounting procedures
• advise on non-routine transactions
• prepare and review account reconciliations
• train staff as needed.
