The Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Brookfield, MA. Compensation is not specified. Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center provides skilled care and rehabilitation services to residents. The CNA provides person-centered care that supports residents' daily needs, comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. Working with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team, the CNA helps deliver care according to each resident's plan and reports changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Provide care according to each resident's care plan
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility, and positioning
• take and document vital signs
• report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor
• assist with transfers and ambulation using approved equipment and safe-handling practices
• support meals, activities, appointments, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• document care in the electronic medical record
• follow infection prevention, PPE, resident rights, confidentiality, safety, and emergency procedures.
