Program Compliance Monitor

The Program Compliance Monitor role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with travel to program sites as needed. Compensation is not specified. The role reviews records, conducts audits and site visits, identifies compliance gaps, and works with leadership and staff on corrective actions and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Monitor compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, CACFP, Arizona licensing and health and safety standards
• conduct record reviews, audits and site visits
• identify non-compliance and provide technical assistance
• partner with leadership on corrective action plans
• track outcomes and follow up on improvements
• maintain documentation and reporting
• support continuous quality improvement.
