What you'll do

• Plan and conduct liaison support for Coast Guard Aviation Production Planning
• analyze training delays, bottlenecks, and resource requirements
• oversee aviation production databases and report student performance data
• evaluate trends and recommend training system adjustments
• coordinate student control administration across training sites
• monitor compliance with training directives and maintain training records
• liaise with Navy and Air Force training commands
• contribute to evaluation workflows, documentation, and weekly progress reports.
