What you'll do

• Plan, assign, supervise, and participate in preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations
• lead equipment breakdown response and root-cause analysis
• manage work orders, maintenance schedules, documentation, and spare-parts inventory
• coach and develop technicians
• ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, SOPs, and quality requirements
• coordinate contractors and project work
• collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality.
