What you'll do
- Manage packout projects from initial loss through packback
- conduct onsite inspections and develop scopes of work
- assist with or perform field packout work as needed
- coordinate crews, cleaning, storage, and delivery
- inventory, photograph, label, and track contents
- coordinate pack-backs
- maintain job files and insurance billing documentation
- track labor, materials, storage, and costs
- order and stage supplies
- support invoicing
- develop referral relationships and leads
- establish workflows and processes
- maintain quality and safety standards
- communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and referral partners.
