What you'll do

• Assist the facility dietitian with recommended changes
• serve meals using portion-control procedures
• set up and deliver trays and food carts
• assist with meal preparation and snacks
• clean kitchen and dining areas, wash and store utensils, and manage waste
• check diet trays and maintain food supplies and storage areas
• follow dietary, infection-control, and universal-precaution procedures
• report hazards and accidents.
