What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and equipment
• maintain the dish machine and work area
• organize clean supplies
• remove trash and waste
• complete kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks
• stock workstations
• assist with basic food preparation
• follow food handling and safety procedures
• assist with opening and closing.
