What you'll do

• Manage administration of property operations and the leasing office
• support the Property Manager in monitoring financial operations and budgeted NOI
• manage the legal process for resident accounts
• coordinate grounds maintenance and service requests
• support a quality living environment for residents and positive team environment
• work with marketing to achieve occupancy goals
• show apartments to prospective residents.
