What you'll do

• Inspect REO and receivership assets across the United States
• review broker price opinions, appraisals, environmental assessments, and property condition reports
• develop operating plans, budgets, and capital expenditure projections with property managers
• perform asset valuation analysis
• oversee tenant credit standards, collections, and reporting
• coordinate legal issue resolution and asset sales
• recommend stabilization or liquidation strategies
• ensure compliance with policies and servicing agreements
• present analysis and recommendations to CW leadership and Fannie Mae.
