What you'll do

• Lead shifts and support smooth restaurant operations
• train, coach, and motivate team members
• help create and manage employee schedules
• maintain customer service and resolve concerns
• ensure food quality, portioning, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
• monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and waste
• assist with ordering and inventory management
• ensure opening and closing procedures are completed
• help improve sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance
• step in for the General Manager when needed.
