The Senior Project Manager – Mechanical & Process Piping is an onsite role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role exists to oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical and process piping projects, from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager ensures operational and financial success by managing schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and safety compliance while fostering strong client relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage project lifecycle from planning to closeout
• develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• lead project planning, risk management, and resource coordination
• support estimating and preconstruction efforts
• coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• oversee procurement, equipment buyout, and material tracking
• monitor progress for safety, quality, and schedule goals
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• lead project meetings and stakeholder reporting
• build client relationships
• identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
