Accounts Payable Consultant

What you'll do

• Manage invoice review, coding, approvals, posting, and payment processing
• perform two-way and three-way matching and investigate discrepancies
• support ACH, wire, and check payment runs
• reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger
• maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries
• review AP aging
• support month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
• assist audits and maintain documentation
• follow accounting policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements where applicable
• identify workflow and control improvements.
