What you'll do

• Direct certified nursing assistants and ensure policies and procedures are followed
• participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• observe and document changes in resident status
• transcribe and carry out physician orders
• administer medications and perform wound treatments as needed
• provide nursing staff leadership
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• maintain adequate medication, supply, and equipment stock
• participate in end-of-life care as needed
• protect confidential health information.

Why this role

Shift is 6 PM–6 AM. Requires a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the practicing state and current CPR certification. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
