Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care. Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
