What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day contract operations and facility services
• serve as the contractor's authorized representative
• maintain an on-site presence during core business hours
• coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and building alterations
• manage personnel, subcontractors, and resources
• resolve facility issues
• review and respond to inspections and contract communications
• purchase tools and repair materials up to $5,000 per transaction
• monitor compliance, quality, safety, and performance
• coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
