The analyst connects business units and technical teams to document workflows, define future processes, translate needs into testable requirements, and support testing and user acceptance. This work helps replace legacy systems and improve operational efficiency, security, and member and employer access.

What you'll do

• Engage business units to understand workflows and improvement opportunities
• translate technical and business needs into process maps, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items
• collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
• develop and execute test plans and scripts
• document defects and verify fixes
• coordinate or support UAT
• communicate project updates, risks, and issues
• contribute to training and user guidance.
