What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• operate and maintain the dishwashing machine according to safety guidelines
• keep kitchen areas clean and organized
• assist with garbage and recycling
• follow health and safety rules for cleaning supplies
• assist with basic food preparation as needed
• and report maintenance needs to the kitchen manager.
