What you'll do

• Perform daily endpoint upkeep, maintenance, and patch management
• handle complex service desk escalations
• manage JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS and Microsoft Intune for Windows and Android
• administer Apple Business Manager and Windows Autopilot provisioning
• administer Amazon WorkSpaces, directories, bundles, and images
• troubleshoot AWS connectivity and performance
• develop PowerShell and Bash automation
• package software for silent deployment
• automate inventory, license, and security reporting
• enforce encryption and EDR health standards
• partner with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
