What you'll do

• Support market launch, operations, logistics, consumer branding, team engagement, and market performance. Help interview, select, onboard, and train Customer Advocates
• provide feedback, performance check-ins, and goals. Recognize team accomplishments, monitor and present reports, and work alongside Advocates when needed, including washing or delivering vehicles. Drive production, improve customer and team experience, and manage complex customer-facing issues.
