What you'll do

• Operate the dish machine to clean and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware
• hand-wash items as needed
• keep the dish station, sinks, and kitchen areas clean, dry, and organized
• take out trash and recycling and break down boxes as needed
• assist with sweeping, mopping, and general kitchen cleanliness
• support prep and line teams with light kitchen duties when needed.
