What you'll do

• Maintain facilities and grounds
• respond promptly to work orders, including after-hours on-call requests
• inspect public areas and resident apartments
• follow safety, OSHA, air-conditioning and refrigeration, and pool and spa procedures
• secure tools and supplies
• participate in required training.
