What you'll do

• Motivate and assist maintenance technicians and porters
• coordinate work orders and unit turns
• inspect and perform interior and exterior maintenance
• communicate with tenants and property staff
• monitor maintenance spending against budget
• attend weekly team meetings
• assign and track daily maintenance work
• purchase approved supplies
• coordinate outside contractors
• monitor HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• maintain maintenance logs and reports
• provide after-hours emergency coverage and respond when on call
• assist with snow and ice clearing
• review staff timecards and PTO.
