What you'll do

• Lead and manage rail survey field operations
• coordinate travel, lodging, transportation, and field schedules
• operate and maintain survey equipment
• follow railroad safety requirements
• collect survey data to project standards
• conduct topographic, boundary, construction staking, H&H, bridge, utility, as-built, and control surveys
• coordinate with project managers, clients, railroad representatives, and field staff
• train and oversee technicians
• maintain field notes and quality controls
• communicate risks and schedule impacts.
