What you'll do

• Assist new employees on the production floor as they transition into roles
• track skills improvement toward certification
• monitor new-hire absenteeism and contact absent employees
• lead onboarding by presenting at orientation and providing translation as needed
• assist with retention and turnover activities directed by human resources and employee relations managers.
