What you'll do

• Help prepare and maintain a clean, organized learning environment
• use behavior-management techniques with the lead teacher
• support children’s development
• maintain positive communication with parents and peers
• provide break and absence coverage in infant/toddler and preschool classrooms
• supervise children during classroom activities, meals, naps, outdoor play, and transitions
• support group activities and discussions
• participate in staff meetings and professional development.
