Quality Technician, 12-Hour Nights, Rotating Weekends

What you'll do

• Operate laboratory testing instruments safely and correctly
• perform quality sampling and testing on the plant floor
• prepare solutions and media
• conduct sensory evaluations of finished products
• maintain laboratory records in LIMS
• report unusual results and product defects
• conduct raw milk testing and screening
• maintain a clean, stocked work area
• follow safety, GMP, and GLP rules.
