What you'll do

• Handle insurance coverage and complex commercial litigation matters
• analyze policies and coverage issues
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• conduct research and develop strategy
• take and defend depositions
• manage written discovery and motion practice
• appear in state and federal court
• advise clients
• collaborate with firm attorneys
• mentor junior legal staff as experience grows.
