What you'll do

• Take ownership of projects after Development turnover at approximately 30% design
• review scope, pricing assumptions, client requirements, schedules, and site information
• establish preconstruction plans and schedules
• coordinate due diligence and external engineering
• lead stakeholder meetings and track action items
• manage design reviews, permitting, costs, procurement constraints, and project documentation
• coordinate Operations involvement and lead project turnover.
