What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle searches from sourcing through hiring
• recruit clinicians including registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, and home health aides
• build passive candidate pipelines
• partner with managers on staffing needs
• monitor recruiting metrics and adjust approaches
• provide a positive candidate experience
• represent the organization’s culture to candidates.
