What you'll do

• Define the engineering vision, technical roadmap, and platform strategy

• partner with product, clinical, data science, and design teams on roadmaps and releases
• establish engineering KPIs and OKRs
• recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent
• and lead organizational structure, performance, and continuous improvement. Domestic and international travel up to 10% is required.
