What you'll do

• Provide leadership and direction to Key Account Managers, Customer Account Representatives, and administrators
• supervise and coach Programs team members
• help resolve technical and program issues
• serve as a second-level resource for escalated customer issues
• develop alternate plans to reduce quality and delivery risks
• monitor department KPIs and program profitability
• maintain professional customer communications
• develop and maintain departmental work instructions
• travel to customers as needed.

Why this role
