• Operate LaRoche and Margasa machines and associated equipment
• set feed rates and adjust operating parameters for each grade
• perform routine servicing procedures for box discharge systems and machines
• recommend safety and production improvements
• comply with safety and management programs
• keep the workplace clean and orderly
• participate in work team development
• provide on-the-job training when assigned.
