The Personal Injury Attorney, Los Angeles Office role is hybrid in Glendale, CA, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year plus a performance-based incentive structure. The attorney will help The Advocates establish its presence in Southern California while serving California clients. The attorney manages and develops California personal injury cases from claim evaluation through resolution, working with firm leadership and the Pacific Northwest legal team. The role combines client advocacy and case strategy with the opportunity to help shape the firm’s new Los Angeles office.

What you'll do

• Review leads and police reports to assess liability and claim viability
• serve as the main client liaison and provide case updates
• oversee evidence collection
• negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
• identify cases for litigation and handle or assist with pleadings, discovery, motions, and depositions
• contribute to developing the firm’s Los Angeles presence.
