Hospitalist Physician — Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation (Remote)

What you'll do

• Review inpatient histories and physicals, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• evaluate AI-generated inpatient notes and summaries
• annotate encounter data
• flag omissions, hallucinations, inaccuracies, and documentation gaps
• provide written feedback to engineering and product teams
• contribute to annotation guidelines and documentation standards.
