Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage commercial plumbing projects from estimating and preconstruction through closeout
• oversee budgets, job costing, labor productivity, and financial performance
• coordinate schedules, manpower, procurement, and deliveries
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• review drawings and specifications
• coordinate with field crews, general contractors, owners, engineers, and other trades
• manage multiple projects and address cost, schedule, and field issues.
