What you'll do

• Enter projects and maintain contract revenue and billing formulas in the accounting system
• review billing requirements and bills for accuracy
• review contract costs
• communicate with project managers and contracts teams about funding limitations
• assist with collections
• maintain accounting records
• process cash receipts
• create sales-order invoices
• support other accounting projects.
