Senior Accountant — Construction & Manufacturing Accounting

The Senior Accountant role is onsite in Austin, TX, with a stated base salary of $90,000–$115,000 per year. Advanced Giga Inc. designs, fabricates, and deploys modular data center infrastructure for hyperscale operators. This hands-on role owns the accounting function end to end, from weekly accounts payable, receivable, and expense processing through close, reconciliations, job costing, and project cost and work-in-progress reporting. Accurate project-level accounting and application of revenue recognition policies support leadership’s view of margins and the company’s long-duration contracts.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable against purchase orders and code costs to projects
• prepare milestone invoices and follow up on collections
• process expense reports and company card activity
• run month-end close and bank and card reconciliations
• maintain job costing by project and engineering discipline
• produce project cost and WIP reports
• maintain the chart of accounts
• reconcile payroll
• apply revenue recognition policy for long-duration contracts.
