The Mitigation Crew Lead role is onsite in Kansas City, MO. Compensation is $26–$32 per hour. The crew lead directs onsite mitigation work and helps restore properties after water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. By coordinating safe work, documenting conditions and progress, and supporting technicians, the role contributes to quality restoration and customer care during property emergencies.

What you'll do

• Lead onsite mitigation efforts for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.
• Perform structural drying, deodorization, and demolition as needed.
• Document work using moisture meters and psychrometric readings, ensure PPE use and safety procedures, communicate with project managers, customers, and team members, support quality control, mentor technicians, and maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
