What you'll do

• Coordinate project estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, construction, and quality assurance
• review construction documents, bids, budgets, contracts, and change orders
• establish project procedures
• manage schedules, subcontractors, invoices, job costs, and reporting
• communicate project status and safety matters
• maintain client relationships and oversee post-completion follow-up.

Why this role
